DID YOU KNOW…“the hummingbird is the most skillful flyer of all birds.  It can hover in the air, fly backward/forward/sideways.  It cannot walk; in fact it flies everywhere.  It reminds us that if we truly enjoy what we are doing, we become light as a feather and rich with nectar…” One of the messages, hummingbird offers is the ability to to find joy in any situation.  It’s swiftness is a reminder to grab joy while you can, as quickly as you can.  The iridescent colors can be associated with the rainbow.  To the Pueblo Indians, the hummingbird’s rainbow coloring, its great strength in flying, and its hovering about flowers is a symbol for accomplishing that which seems impossible.  Hummingbird will teach you how to find the miracle of joyful living from your own life circumstances.

Since the time right before the girls and I departed for Camp Miniwanca, everyday during the Summer while on Lake Michigan, and everyday since we’ve been back at base camp, hummingbird has made it’s presence known.  I saw/see a regular “messenger” a few times a day, everyday.  Hummingbirds have always fascinated me.

My Summer has been filled with so much positive energy.  It surrounds that camp. It is nurtured by the folks that I worked with and those I continue to work with , and infectious.  It fills me with an “electric vibration” feeling, that I can feel flowing through my body.

I used that vibration to “ride the wave”…  Some things I’ve been working on, during the Summer;  my Legal Nurse Consulting business, Gypsy Wild Healer podcast, and a travel plan for the Winter.  I was determined not to spend another Winter, in my friend’s basement.

Banks Legal Nurse Consulting… is now an LLC, my marketing media is original/personalized and sent to the printer, Bankslegalnurseconsulting.com is my domain and I’m currently working on building my website, (my current struggle; because technology is not my strong point)… including a 15 sec video/commercial to include at the top of my home page, (I have a professional helping with the video/commercial.  I am recording my own audio which leads into gypsy wild healer’s podcast development)… I’m plotting my “pound the pavement” route, putting my marketing plan/strategy into action…

Gypsy Wild Healer…is soon to broadcast a podcast… I’m still figuring out the audio editing software, but I’m very close.  I’m recording my own podcast.  Watch for first podcast by the end of September… looking into taking Gypsy Wild Healer “on the road” creating banners etc, in order to set up as a “vendor” at fairs and such; offering chair massage/ earth based organic remedies… not sure about this last part quite yet, just in the thought process.  I’ve been meditating about it… Should I ?? Please let me know what you think in the comments…

I’m headed to California for the Winter… Yes! my friends you read that correctly…CALIFORNIA!!!  I won’t be spending this Winter in Pa, in my friend’s basement.  I’ll be working on a farm in northern California. The girls and I are headed out, with our rig in tow, the end of September.  We plan on stopping by one of our favorite camping spots, Lyman Run, to enjoy the Pa Autumn foliage before we leave Pa.

Whew!!!…as you see, a lot of living my authentic life, with intention and growth.  The philosophy behind the electric energy surrounding camp is …”we inspire people to discover and develop their personal best, to seek balance in mental, physical, social and spiritual living and to make a positive difference in their communities and the wider world.” … “My own self, At my very best, All the time” is the motto.
